This will represent 30% of the value of the business and the funds will be used to help complete the purchase and start-up of the business.
Plans include a roof-top bar and terrace and putting in a tasteful swimming pool.
The minimum investment is €10,000 and there are 3 ways to invest, namely: debentures, shares or simple loans.
The debentures can be for 5 - 10 years and guarantee you future holidays on the island, purchased at today’s prices.
The share option gives you a share in the business depending upon the size of your investment.
