Oliver Merlin (with his partner Sarah) is planning to buy property with 6 - 12 bedrooms, situated 150 metres from the beach at the end of the Platja Migjorn. The pre-existing building requires little work and he is looking for €300,000 from investors. This project represents a relatively low-risk, hi-return investment.
This will represent c.30% of the value of the business and the funds will be used to complete the purchase and start-up of the business. The remainder will be covered by Oliver and Sarah and a mortgage. Plans include a roof-top bar and terrace, a yoga area, and a tasteful swimming pool.
