One of our regular clients is purchasing a Formentera hotel business on our favourite island and is looking for investors.

This project represents a relatively low-risk, hi-return investment.

Oliver Merlin (with his partner Sarah) is planning to buy a beautiful 5 bedroom hotel, situated 150 metres from the beach at the end of the Platja Migjorn.  The pre-existing building requires little work and he is looking for €250,000 from investors.

This will represent 30% of the value of the business and the funds will be used to help complete the purchase and start-up of the business.  Plans include a roof-top bar and terrace and putting in a tasteful swimming pool.

The minimum investment is €10,000 and there are 3 ways to invest, namely: debentures, shares or simple loans.

The debentures can be for 5 - 10 years and guarantee you future holidays on the island, purchased at today’s prices.

The share option gives you a share in the business depending upon the size of your investment.

The loan option is a simple loan that offers a guaranteed rate of interest and an agreed end date.
